I take Christian to swimming lessons 2 nights a week in Ashland. We have begun eating together once a week before the big swim lessons for Father-Son hang time. (He doesn’t understand not ordering off the $20 section all the time). Kids portion…wayyyyyyyyyyyy cheaper and he doesn’t ever finish it…just like tonight…but it says KID…and of course @ 9, you’re not a kid and you of course aren’t paying 
I so love that time. He’s at the age where we can really begin communicating. As a Father I see and hear his heart and listen to his soul and I bear mine as I can.
It is powerful to see into your kids soul. It’s a feeling so deep I cannot describe it.
It makes me think that…
God must feel the same when we sit with Him and share souls.
I just wish I could always feel that same power with my Heavenly Father…don’t you?

i just wanted to let u know that a few of my friends and i are going to Georgia for the PASSION Conferance in a week, so stoked, and we’re going to see Andy stanley. I just saw that u wrote a small thing about his CD’s or something in a past post, i let out a yell and scared my daughter. I’m so excited and David Crowder is going to be there as well as Chris Tomlin! I’ll be back to visit soon, i have a few car things to fix then I’m coming out!! let me know what weekends u speak!!
